Requirements

  • Strong academic performance showcasing a deep understanding of fintech principles and trends.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Fintech Professional (CFP) or Fintech-related courses are preferred but not obligatory.
  • Well-rounded A-Level results in any subject background (or equivalent internationally).
  • Proficiency in analysing fintech models, evaluating technological solutions, and assessing their impact within the fintech industry.
  • Strong command of fintech research software and tools (e.g., industry-specific databases, trend analysis platforms).
  • Analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to fintech intricacies.
  • Understanding of different fintech instruments
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to fintech contexts.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, essential for fintech collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving acumen, specifically in addressing fintech challenges.
