z3x launches Talent Pool - providing access to experienced FinTech specialists for specific projects

z3x is launching a new service - z3x Talent Pool - which gives companies access to experienced FinTech specialists without having to go through the full recruitment process each time.

Talent Pool was created for organizations that, at a given moment, need very specific domain expertise - for example, in the areas of payments, product development, compliance, embedded finance, go-to-market, technology, or implementation management - but do not necessarily need to create a new permanent position.

Specialists can join teams under various collaboration models: part-time, full-time, on a project basis, or as interim experts.

The operating model differs from traditional recruitment. The starting point is a business or competency-related challenge on the client’s side. z3x helps determine what kind of experience the project actually needs and then selects the right person from its network of specialists.

In FinTech, it’s very often not about hiring another person on a permanent basis. A company may need an acquiring expert for a few months, someone familiar with issuing during the rollout of a new product, or someone who can help the team navigate a specific stage of expansion. “We want to give companies access to this expertise exactly when they need it,” says Karol Zielinski, CEO of z3x Tech Care Group.

Who is the z3x talent pool for?

The Talent Pool can be used by FinTech companies and financial institutions, as well as by merchants, platforms, and other organizations developing their own financial products or features. z3x can also support the process of onboarding a specialist to a project and supplement the team with additional skills as the project’s needs evolve. If the right person isn’t immediately available in the Talent Pool, the company can also assist the client in finding them on the market.
