Between 2013 and 2022, Piotr served as the Director of GRC Market Development at Wolters Kluwer Poland. He is the co-author and originator of the first Polish IT system supporting GRC processes integrated with a legal information system. He previously worked for the National Bank of Poland (NBP), the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as for the Committee responsible for developing the risk management system at NBP. He also conducted audits for the European Central Bank.

Piotr has lectured at more than 18 universities across Poland and is currently a PhD candidate at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IBS PAN). He is an expert in GRC, ESG, process analysis, IT governance, compliance, and SOX. He advises public companies and public sector organizations on GRC-related matters.

He is also a lecturer at ACO and ACE training programs, a member of the Scientific Council of the "Compliance" journal published by the Compliance Institute at Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder), and the Director of the Audit and Certification Center at the Healthcare Poland Foundation, responsible for cybersecurity, GRC, and ESG areas. Piotr is the author of more than 30 publications on audit, risk, and governance topics.
