We're back with FinTech Trends Poland in 2026. The biggest season yet - six cities, one idea.

In February 2026, we are launching a new season of FinTech Trends Poland - a nationwide series of events dedicated to the practical aspects of financial technology development, innovations in the FinTech sector, applications of artificial intelligence, and digital business transformation.

The 2026 season will be the largest edition in the history of the initiative and will cover six cities across different regions of Poland. As part of the series, we will meet in:

• Gdynia (February),
• Kraków (March),
• Rzeszów (April),
• Poznań (May),
• Wrocław (late May / early June),
• and Bydgoszcz (June).

As z3x Tech Care Group, we are responsible for the organization and development of FinTech Trends Poland on a conceptual, content-related, and operational level. We create this series as a space for conversation between financial and technology market practitioners – without sales pitches from the stage and without the typical conference-style overproduction. Each event has a substantive and networking-oriented character, with a strong focus on experience sharing, trend analysis, and discussion of real market challenges.

- FinTech Trends Poland was created as a response to the need for dialogue between practitioners – on the one hand, people from the fintech industry developing modern financial technology services, and on the other, companies interested in implementing such solutions in their businesses – says Karol Zielinski, co-organizer of the event and CEO of z3x. – Year after year, we see that meetings like these are becoming increasingly necessary, especially outside of Warsaw. That is why in 2026 we decided to expand the series to six cities and be closer to local technology ecosystems.

Expanding the series to six cities is a natural step for us. Each year, we observe the growing maturity of local technology ecosystems and an increasing need for substantive discussion closer to regional markets, rather than exclusively in the largest hubs. We want to be where products are being built, where technological decisions are made, and where the market is truly developing.

The distinguishing feature of FinTech Trends Poland remains its intimate event format and departure from the classic conference model. We focus on content quality, practical case studies, discussion, and networking, while keeping promotional and sales elements to a minimum. Our goal is to create a space where participants can freely exchange experiences – both within the industry and with those implementing fintech solutions in their organizations.

Participation in the events is free of charge; however, the number of seats for each meeting is limited. Registration for individual cities has already been opened.
